We do not issue refunds once the subscription is activated and services have been accessed. We recommend that you review our features and pricing carefully before making any payment.

Acceptance of Refund Policy

• It is highly recommended to understand the functionality and features of our service before subscribing to avoid refund circumstances
• By subscribing to our services, you agree that you have read this policy and fully accept the terms & conditions in this refund policy
• If you don't agree or accept the terms & conditions in this policy, please contact us with your comments, suggestions, or corrections
• For any request or general query, please allow us a maximum of 48 hours to respond

In rare cases, we ACCEPT refund requests for the following reasons ONLY:

• Errors occur due to our system bugs that prevent service usage
• Users are entitled to receive a full refund within 24 HOURS of the first payment only

Note:

• The first payment means the initial payment with an identified account. It doesn't include renewals, plan upgrades, or repurchases
• Please provide thorough and supported reasons for the refund request
• We do not guarantee refunds for lack of usage or dissatisfaction with results

3. Subscription Terms

Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly) without notice until you cancel. You authorize us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every period until you cancel.

Cancellation Terms

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting customer service before your renewal date. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. You may continue to use the subscription until your cancellation is effective, but no refund or prorated amount will be issued for the unused portion of your subscription period.

4. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use our services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials, tools, or algorithms
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial purpose)
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software or AI algorithms contained on our website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service without permission

Violation of any of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of your license and may result in legal action.

5. AI Content Disclaimer

Our AI-powered tools provide assistance with content transformation and detection. Please note:

• AI-generated or AI-transformed content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your intended purpose
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any content generated or transformed by our AI tools
• We do not guarantee that AI-humanized content will bypass all AI detection systems
• AI detection results are provided for guidance only and should not be used as the sole basis for important decisions
• Our services should not be used for academic dishonesty, fraud, or any illegal purposes

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services to:

• Submit illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or exploit AI detection systems for malicious purposes
• Abuse API limits or engage in automated access without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
• Circumvent paywalls or share account credentials
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Content Ownership

Regarding content ownership and rights:

• Your content. You retain ownership of any content you submit to our services
• License to process. By submitting content, you grant us a license to process, analyze, and transform your content to provide our services
• Output content. You own the content generated or transformed by our services, subject to these Terms
• No training on your data. We do not use your submitted content to train our AI models unless explicitly stated

8. Disclaimer

All materials and services on our website are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or availability of our services. You acknowledge that your use of our services is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RoboPandaPi or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
